Meet The Team

Keong Wee Lim, Director

A Co-Founder and Director of Cover Projects, Lim Keong Wee has more than 13 years of architecture and design experience, with 5 years spent in hospitality management.

In addition, he is also a Co-Founding Director and Executive Director of PAC Pte Ltd, an award-winning design practice which has extensive experience and a track record in hospitality and design for large-scale hotels and resorts, and has completed a total of 3000 over rooms in notable hospitality projects such as Genting Jurong Hotel, the 2022 Winter Olympic Masterplan at Genting Secret Garden Resort, Prince Ski Town and Multi-Media Centre.

He obtained his Bachelor in Architecture at the University of East London and a Diploma in Architecture at the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London.

Prior to setting up PAC, he built up his working experiences at several world class architectural practices such as Fosters + Partners and Plasmastudio.

A serial entrepreneur, he is also the Co-Founder of an esports consultancy and lifestyle brand, the Legion of Racers. 

Victoria Loh, Director

Victoria Loh has more than 13 years of Architecture experience and 5 in hospitality management.

A co-founding director at PAC, she has been responsible in the design and completion of various types and scales of projects such as the Naro Hall, Kathmandu (2010), Herman Miller at Xtra (2012) and Cabin Hostel at Stanley Street, Singapore (2014).

She previously worked at award-winning practice Milk:Studio Architects in London on several high-end interior refurbishments which included an office renovation in Soho, London and large interior renovation of houses in Hamspstead and Kensington & Chelsea in London.

Victoria has also worked on several competitions including an art gallery and public library in Norway.

She has also gain experience in several high-end apartment renovation projects in Singapore between 2009 and 2011, and has a particular interest in small-scaled commercial and residential projects which explores materiality and spatial design.

Victoria studied at the University of East London and gained her Bachelor of Science in 2006.

In 2009, she graduated with a Diploma in Architecture from London Metropolitan University doing her thesis in public housing in a rural context.
